Deel 1: De aarde
We haken in spiraal, je hoeft de toer niet telkens te sluiten, we haken gewoon verder. In de bruine kleur,

1: mr van 7 vasten [7]
2: 2v in elke v [14]
3: *v, 2v in volgende v*, herhaal *.* tot einde toer [21]
4: *2v, 2v in volgende v*, herhaal *.* tot einde toer [28]
5: *3v, 2v in volgende v*, herhaal *.* tot einde toer [35]
6: *4v, 2v in volgende v*, herhaal *.* tot einde toer [42]
7: AL - v in iedere v [42]
8: *5v, 6e en 7e v samenhaken*, herhaal *.* tot einde toer [36]
9: *4v, 5e en 6e v samenhaken*, herhaal *.* tot einde toer [30]

Begin met vullen en vul verder op tijdens het verder haken.

Hecht af. Haal het draadeinde door de overgebleven lussen om het gaatje te sluiten & werk de draad weg.

Tip: pas tijdens het haken regelmatig de pasvorm in je bloempotje, voeg eventueel enkele toeren toe indien nodig.

Deel 2: De steel
Doe een beetje lijm op het stokje en begin met het omwinden van de prikker met groen. Lijm regelmatig vast zodat de draad niet loskomt.

Deel 3: Het blad
In groen,13L,
Haak een hv in de 2de losse vanaf je haaknaald, hv, 2v, 2hst, 2st, 2dst, st, hst
Haak vervolgens 2 lossen en ga verder aan de andere zijde van de lossenketting.
hst in dezelfde steek, st, 2dst, 2st, 2hst, 2v, 2hv
Hecht af. Breng beide draadeindes naar de onderzijde van het blad en wikkel deze om het stokje van deel 2. Optioneel, je zou een ijzerdraad je kunnen gebruiken om het blad te modelleren.

Deel 4: Het bloemhart
We haken in spiraal, je hoeft de toer niet telkens te sluiten, we haken gewoon verder. In kleur naar keuze,

4-7: v in iedere v [18]
Hecht af. Herhaal T1-7 maar hecht deze keer niet af. We gaan beide kommetjes aan elkaar haken.
8: 18v in het eerste kommetje, 18v in het tweede kommetje [36]
9-10: v in iedere v [36]
11: *2v, 3e en 4e v samenhaken, 2v*, herhaal *.* tot einde toer [30]
12: *4v, 5e en 6e v samenhaken, 4v*, herhaal *.* tot einde toer [27]
13: *7v, 8e en 9e v samenhaken*, herhaal *.* tot einde toer [24]

Hecht af. Doe een goede druppel lijm op het puntje van het steeltje. Plaats deze in het hartje. Haal het draadeinde door alle 6 de overgebleven lussen en sluit de opening.

Plaats vervolgens de steel mooi in het midden van de aarde, welk je in je bloempotje steekt. Zie zo, je hartenbloem is klaar!

Part 1: The soil
We crochet in continuous spiral, without closing each round, with brown yarn,

5: *3sc, inc*, repeat*.* till end round [35]

9: *4sc, dec*, repeat*.* till end round [30]
10: sc in each st [30]

Start stuffing the soil & continue doing so.

Tip: Try if the soil fits the pot you want to use whilst crocheting and make adjustments if necessary.

Part 2: The stem
Put some glue on the wooden stick and start winding the green yarn around the stick. Add some glue whilst continuing until the whole stick is green.

Part 3: The leaf
In green, ch13
​
Starting in the 2nd chain from your hook: 2sl.st., 2sc, 2hdc, 2dc, 2tr, dc, hdc,
At the end ch2, sc in the 2nd st from your hook
Continue on the other side of the chain: hdc, dc, 2tr, 2dc, 2hdc, 2sc, 2sl.st.

Fasten off. Use the yarn ends to connect the leaf with the stem by winding them around the stick at the preferred height.
​
Part 4: The flower/heart
We crochet in continuous spiral, without closing each round, use the yarn color of your preference.

1: mr of 6sc [6]
2: 2sc in each st [12]
3: *sc, inc*, repeat*.* till end round [18]
4-7: sc in each st [18][4rounds]
Fasten off. Repeat round 1 to 7. This time, do not cut the yarn. Both parts will be connected together in the next round.
